This white Austrian variety is now recognised around the world for its versatility and expression. This Gruner is part barrel fermented in old wood with the other component fermented wild at 11°C before blending.
- Pale straw, brilliant.
- The nose shows restrained fruit with brown apples and pear/grapefruit.
- Palate is very textural, fine and with a hint of citrus and apples.

2007 November Launch
The 2007 launch saw Mac travel up the east coast. The new wines were showcased in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and those that were lucky enough to make it to one of the dinners in each city were spoilt with not only his new wines but also a selected number of wines from overseas including some wonderful Champagne, Italian reds and ports.
