Gruyere is a subregion located next to Coldstream and this particular vineyard is on Killara Road just south of our Coldstream site. Grown by Warwick Bisley, this dry grown vineyard is north facing but has wonderful canopy and soils and is one of our last vineyards to suffer stress even in the hot years. Already this vineyard is proving to be highly individual and expressive with a defining tannin structure that knits the palate and supports the fruit.
