			2006 Riesling RS 16 Strathbogie Ranges

			This Riesling follows the much enjoyed well reviewed 05 Riesling. Coming from the wonderful Strathbogie Ranges, this wine in unashamedly inspired by the world’s best Riesling areas in Germany. This wine challenges perceptions of Australian Riesling playing high natural acid up against the natural sugar that remains by stopping fermentation early. This wine can be enjoyed before or after a meal or even with some richer dishes. Unconventionally Australian.
