This Riesling follows in the footsteps of the previous off dry Rieslings and I think we are slowly getting a grasp of both site and style. This wine was fermented with some solids in steel at 9 degrees. Then stopped by dropping the temp to 1 degree and given a hit of sulfur.

• Pale straw
• Aromatic, perfume and citrus (lemon) with higher floral notes
  
• Palate is fine and expressive with great length and perseverance. Sugar is textural but the wine doesn’t show the sugar
