The picturesque Strathbogie Ranges are situated 2 hours drive north east of Melbourne. Rising above the surrounding areas, this region is fast becoming recognised for sparkling wine and Riesling. The higher altitude combined with the lean soils (Primarily sandy granitic profiles) has driven our passion to indulge Riesling and in the future also Gruner Veltliner which we are bringing in from Austria. 2007 saw one Riesling being made off the Antcliffe Chase vineyard. Looking towards 2008 we now have 2 vineyards (Planted in 1978 and 1983) which we hope will allow up to further explore Riesling styles and should see 4 Rieslings released later in 2008.
