This wine represents fine Pinot expression. Forever changing in the glass and bottle this is a dynamic wine. Restrained and fine, savoury and restrained sweetness, this Pinot has wonderful balance and a combination of dark cherry and savoury characters. This wine should be decanted 30-45 minutes before serving.
- Slightly darker in colour than the Coldstream But still with good clarity and life.
- Lifted perfume and fruits but also carrying a purity. Both dark and red cherries dominating with density, violets and some floral notes.
- Wonderful pinot expression with lightness and life as well as a density, purity and complexity that only pinot can capture. A wine to enjoy for years.
160 cases of the 2006 Woori Yallock Pinot were produced.

2007 November Launch
The 2007 launch saw Mac travel up the east coast. The new wines were showcased in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and those that were lucky enough to make it to one of the dinners in each city were spoilt with not only his new wines but also a selected number of wines from overseas including some wonderful Champagne, Italian reds and ports.
