2010 Gruyere Chardonnay Magnum hand bottling job
Yesterday, Tony and I hand bottled our 267 magnums of 2010 Gruyere Chardonnay. This small volume normally goes into the Yarra Valley but this year it looks so good we thought lets just bottle it into mags.
It took a while but a worthwhile job.
