A few days ago with the fatigue of vintage luring our vintage staff (almost 80% of our fruit in) i decided to give Campbell (Melbourne wine guru), Guillaume (Bordeaux winemaker) and Pip (Cheeky winemaking student from wet Adelaide) 1 Tonne of pinot each from Seville. And so now the fun begins with a red hot competition. They are all taking a very personal approach and Tony and I can’t wait to see who prevails. Anyone want to be guest judge?
