In the lead up to our 2010 single vineyard launch, I have now published a virtual fly over of the vineyards with audio to explain why and where the vineyards are.

The wines are going to be available from September 5 online. Our annual newsletter will be sent out in early october prior to our pop up cellar door in Collingwood from October 19-23.

Mac Forbes Dinner

Mac Forbes is a bright light of the Australian Winemaking scene, making terroir driven wines that draw inspiration from Old World practices. Recently nominated for Gourmet Traveler ‘Winemaker of the Year’, we are lucky enough to have Mac host an evening in our private dining room.

The evening will start with a Masterclass, comparing the new 2010 release, including Pinot Noirs, Rieslings and Chardonnays, against an older vintage. We will then move onto a 3 course dinner, with dishes designed around the wines and finish with petit fours and coffee.
