Mac Forbes makes “interesting even edgy wines” from the Strathbogie Ranges & the Yarra Valley, our dinner will showcase the ground breaking results of Mac and his team in his sub regional vineyards in the Yarra Valley.
He’s known for his infectious passion, inspiring enthusiasm and has described himself as “complex”.
Mac is a man of many talents, a master of many disciplines and his innate understanding of terroir is evident in the wines he produces.
Mac is a finalist for Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine’s Winemaker of the Year Award 2011.
