China visit

Hi gang,

a small post today about my little sojourn to China. Having just left London where we have established a great presence in the top restaurants and bars, it is a bit of a shock to get to Bejing for the Top Wine China fair. Frank our importer is doing a good job by all accounts but it is a very immature market.

However yesterday at the fair, we did observe persons being evicted for their wine brand ‘Hill of Glory’. Mentioning the Henchke family in their written material, it is amazing how blatant the copying of the wine labels/brands has become.

Anyway, must run as about to tackle day two of the fair.
